Some of you have been asking about the site and it being so slow lately. Trust me I have noticed this as well as I'm cruising around looking at all the new work and it's KILLING me too. The issue is being caused by us moving servers and transferring all our image and video files to the new ones. We are going to be using Amazon Web Services going forward and are very happy about the change. We are hoping to have this done by the end of the month and will have a lot more capacity and speed with the new servers. Sorry for the slowdown and we promise this will be fixed immediately and we are well aware of it. Thanks and keep the feedback coming.
John and the Cutcaster team.
UPDATE:
Still progressing with the move from our old server to Amazon and moving all the files. It's a big job and taking us a while. The reason the site is sooooo slow right now (not for long) is that the data transfer is taking up all our bandwidth. We are going to be a lot faster once the move is complete and will be able to really scale Cutcaster so exciting times ahead. I am thinking this will be a few more days so I am sorry for the delay and slowdown but good things to come and we know there is a lag with the site.
